The service
HumanOnlyAds checks the sites where your Google Ads run and keeps the ones we identify as bot sites in an exclusion list in your Google Ads account, using a script you install yourself. The service is for businesses and advertising professionals, not for consumers.
Your account and key
Your API key identifies your plan. Keep it private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has it; we will replace it. You are responsible for activity under your key.
Your Google Ads accounts
You may only install the script in Google Ads accounts you are authorized to manage and whose placement data you are allowed to share with us. Google's own terms continue to apply to your Google Ads accounts.
Use of exclusion lists
The exclusion lists we provide are licensed for the Google Ads accounts registered under your plan. You may not resell, publish or share them, use them in other accounts, or query the service in bulk outside the script. Lists contain unique control records that let us identify their source.
Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in US dollars, plus any applicable taxes, and include a number of site checks; each site is counted once per 30 days. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the service then runs until the end of the paid period. Exclusions already added to your account stay there.
No guarantees
We work to exclude only sites with bot traffic, but we cannot guarantee that every bot site will be found or that no real site will ever be excluded. You can remove any site from the list in Google Ads at any time, and we will not add it back for you. The service does not guarantee any particular advertising result.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost advertising spend.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end the service if you breach these terms, for example by sharing exclusion lists or your key. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell existing customers about important changes in advance by email. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
